Floor 7 structural work complete. MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) rough-in work commenced on floors 1–3. Conduit laying and drain pipe installation in progress. Waterproofing in bathrooms underway on lower floors.
Independent structural audit conducted by M/s. Structural Associates. All parameters — concrete cover, rebar placement, slab thickness — confirmed compliant with IS 456:2000. Full report available to registered buyers.
Floors 5 and 6 columns, beams, and slabs completed. 400+ cubic metres of M30 concrete poured across both floors. Steel reinforcement sourced from SAIL (ISI-marked Fe500D) — test certificates on file and available on request.
UPVC window frames installed on floors 1–3. Solid wood main door frames fixed and treated against moisture. External window openings measured and verified against approved drawings on all lower floors.
100% brickwork (230mm AAC block with cement mortar) completed on floors 1, 2, and 3. Internal plastering commenced on ground floor. All wall reinforcements confirmed before plastering.
Structural work on floors 3 and 4 completed on schedule. Electrical conduit routing approved by PMC. Site team maintained 6-day work week to remain ahead of schedule. 100% safety nets installed on all open floors.
Raft foundation fully cast. 620 cubic metres of M35 concrete poured over 18 hours in a single continuous pour. Concrete pump, batching plant, and 40 labourers coordinated. Settlement monitoring initiated — all readings nominal.
Site excavation completed. 48 bored cast-in-situ piles (600mm dia, 18m depth) executed and pile load tests completed. All piles passed 2x design load test. Raft reinforcement binding in progress.
Official groundbreaking ceremony held on 12 June 2024. Mr. Ajit G. Nahar performed the Bhumi Puja with registered buyers and team members present. MahaRERA registration confirmed. Construction commencement intimation submitted to PMC.
