Our Story

Built on a Simple Promise

Ajit Construction was founded in 2000 by Mr. Ajit G. Nahar with a singular conviction: the relationship between a developer and a homebuyer should be built on absolute transparency and accountability.

Over 24 years, that conviction has produced a 100% on-time delivery record, 500+ families housed across six projects, and a reputation in the Erandwane and Karve Road corridor that we take more seriously than any award.

We are not the largest developer in Pune — that is a deliberate choice. Every project we undertake is one we can personally supervise, stand behind, and be proud to add to our name.

When I started Ajit Construction in 2000, I made a decision that has guided every project since: I would only build what I could personally stand behind. Not the cheapest land, not the most units, not the fastest turnaround — but the right building, in the right location, built the right way.

Twenty-four years later, that decision has produced something I am genuinely proud of: a company where a homebuyer can verify every claim we make, where every document we promise is provided without being asked, and where 500+ families trust us with the most significant financial decision of their lives.

The real estate industry has a trust deficit. I built this company to be the answer to that deficit — in Pune, in Erandwane, in the premium market where buyers deserve and demand better.
